Extreme Seed Saving

At Illinois Supply Company, we are believers in saving garden seed indefinitely.  True, germination rates can decline over time - but in a world of threatened biodiversity it is ridiculous to discard what could be someday the key to saving a variety of plant.  Seed laws were written when a crop failure could be the demise of a family's food source.  In these modern times where few home gardeners financially depend on the germination rates in their garden, saving seed is a great hobby and a hedge against extinction.   Check out this awesome article on seed saving across hundreds of years!
