Florian Tools are warrantied for one-year against defects in materials and workmanship.  We will repair or replace any tool that fails due to fundamental errors in our manufacturing effort.

Us Florian fans are a family.  For over 50 years people have been treasuring their Florian pruners.  Sometimes, after a long-run, even your most dependable tool is tired, warn-out and done-for.  We understand that - but you're in the club, you're in the family -- and you get a deep discount for replacing that worn-out pair of 701 pruners for a brand-new pair that will serve you for years to come. Maybe it just needs sharpening or a new spring or two.  If your old 701 pruner is fixable, we may sell it as refurbished or donate it to a worthy organization.  That keeps them out of a landfill -- its the right thing to do for the environment!
